Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt. A Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting us at  and explaining the reason for return. The RA# should be mentioned on the return. No return is accepted without RA#. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. 

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less Shipping and handling charge) . Refunds on returned items will be issued after the return item is received and in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or paypal, once we receive the product we will credit your account. 

How to return or exchange an item: 

We recommend you to send via a reliable courier  FEDEX, UPS or USPS with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  . The items must be returned in its original packing.
